Program Description: 360 Leadership can be a superpower for key leaders of nonprofit organizations.  Rooted in emotional intelligence, 360 leaders embody a skilled and well-rounded perspective and understanding of all aspects of your organization and how the components are interdependent.

This program will address what it means to be a 360 leader and how to strengthen your superpower. We will focus on three areas of influence: 1) Identity and clarity, 2) A culture of innovation, and 3) Reshaping the relationship among the ED, the board, the key leaders, and the team.

Speaker Bio: Erin McPartlin is a seasoned nonprofit consultant with over 25 years of experience in nonprofit management and purpose-driven leadership. As a former Executive Director, Erin offers leaders, boards, and teams the benefit of her knowledge and insights into the skills and mindset needed for strategic scale, impact, and sustainability - as well as a keen understanding of the clarity, leadership, organizational design, and infrastructure necessary to support this success.

Erin works with nonprofit leaders and board members on forward-focused, 360-degree leadership that fosters growth, innovation, teamwork, efficiency, and sustainability

Recognizing the delicate ecosystem within each organization, Erin respects the crucial role that every leader and team member plays in maintaining a healthy dynamic. She is particularly skilled at supporting organizations during vulnerability and growth, working closely with boards and leaders to mitigate risks and actualize your visions.

After 22 years as an Executive Director, Erin transitioned to her role as the founder and principal of Erin McPartlin Consulting LLC, offering consulting, advisory and interim support to nonprofit organizations. She is an alumnus of Marquette University and remains actively engaged in her local community just outside Chicago, where she and her husband are raising their four daughters.

Membership: Only $50 /year for 10 programs plus other PIDN benefits.

Drop-In: $20 per program ($15 for professionals new to the field)
