Program Description: During this interactive presentation, we’ll learn what data is important to capture and analyze in fundraising, how to capture it, how to create goals around fundraising metrics, and how paying attention to data can drastically improve fundraising outcomes.
Speaker Bio: Terry Sanders has spent most of her career in the non-profit arena. She has worked for a variety of organizations – both large and small. She is currently Director of Development with the American Osteopathic Foundation where she is responsible for a $1.5M budget, which includes a Gala that raises more than $800,000.
Terry finds delving into data to be very interesting and believes that keeping an eye on several data points can lead to fundraising success. As Vice-President of Mid-Metro Markets for the American Heart Association and as National Director of the Lupus Foundation of America’s fundraising walk program, Terry relied heavily on data to project fundraising outcomes and course-correct when needed.
