Lauren Chilvers, tasked with building a successful monthly giving program, will share her insights gained from research and data-driven strategies. In this workshop, you’ll receive a detailed plan, real-world examples, and a practical checklist to help you grow your recurring giving program. Walk away with clear, actionable steps to strengthen donor relationships and boost your long-term giving success.

Speaker Bio: Lauren Chilvers, CFRE, MLIS, brings 16 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising. She currently serves as the Associate Director of Community and Business Development at OMNI.  Lauren has also worked as a fundraiser for higher education foundations and public and special collection libraries. Her experience spans working with fundraising teams ranging from a single staff member to as many as thirteen.  Lauren approaches fundraising with a focus on ensuring that donors experience the joy of giving through thoughtful and impactful stewardship. She is also the founder of her consultancy, The Fundraising Librarian, where she specializes in helping libraries grow their fundraising programs.  She has been an intermittent member of Professionals in Development North since 2012.
